St. Barnabas Charities' Free Care Fund

St. Barnabas Charities is the fundraising arm of St. Barnabas Health System. In 2007, through generous donations to the Free Care Fund, more than $5.6 million dollars in free medical and rehabilitative services were given to poor and needy patients. This is an average of $15,788 in free care every day. Since 1900, St. Barnabas has never turned away a patient because of inability to pay.
