St. Barnabas Fashion Show Models Announced
Gibsonia, Pa. - Oct. 10, 2006 - St. Barnabas Charities' annual fund-raising fashion show will be held on Saturday, Oct. 21. The event, "Living Las Vegas," begins at 11 a.m. with lunch, shopping, and pampering services in The Washington Place, 5847 Meridian Road. The fashion show will begin at 2 p.m. in The Washington Place's Kean Theatre.
Proceeds from the fashion show benefit the St. Barnabas Free Care Fund, which benefits poor and low-income patients at St. Barnabas Nursing Home, Valencia Woods at St. Barnabas and The Arbors at St. Barnabas. Tickets are $32, available by calling (724) 444-5521 or by visiting www.stbarnabashealthsystem.com. The fashion show will be emceed by Katrina Owens of WPXI-TV.
Modeling in the fashion show are:
- Bob Amann of Wexford, Chief of Police Northern Regional Police Dept.
- Donna Bailey Sauers of Cranberry Twp., professional jazz singer.
- Gary Bogart of Mars, General Sales Manager of WPXI-TV, PCNC and Weather Plus of Pittsburgh. Joining him will be his wife, Irene.
- Sara Botkin of Canonsburg, a certified financial planner with Hefren-Tillotson. She is also a soprano soloist and has released two solo CDs. Joining her will be her husband, Ovi Manciu.
- Elena Falgione, 11, of Glenshaw, 2005 Kean Idol vocal winner.
- Tyler Frederick, 8, of Butler, 2006 Little Mr. Butler County and 2006 Little Mr. Photogenic Butler County.
- Austin Gagliardi, 10, of Butler, 2006 Young Mr. Butler County and 2006 Young Mr. Photogenic Butler County.
- Ken Hawk, of Butler, assistant news director at Butler County Radio Network.
- Gail Henry, of Gibsonia, the wife of Tom Henry, owner of Tom Henry Chevrolet. She will be joined by her daughter Kate, 13, a freshman at Pine-Richland.
- Ryan Hoellein, 17, of Butler, 2006 Teen Mr. Butler County.
- Marilyn Kane, of Butler, a professional actress and model; and assistant director and instructor of Kane Modeling School & Agency.
- Kristen Lane, of Pittsburgh, the manager of public relations at HealthAmerica.
- Ashley LeFever, 16 of Butler, 2006 Teen Miss Butler County and 2006 Teen Cameo Model USA.
- Rachel Miller, 13 of Oakdale, 2006 Kean Idol vocal judges' choice winner.
- Carol Nover, of Pittsburgh, a dance director at Hampton Parks and Recreation Dept.
- James Roddey, of Oakmont, former Allegheny County Chief Executive and St. Barnabas spokesperson.
- Aleyne Secor, of Springdale, director of service at Benefits Network, Inc.
- Vince Sims, of Wexford, a weekend morning anchor and reporter for WPXI-TV Channel 11 news.
- Ricardo Vila-Roger, of Avalon, an actor appearing in more than 30 theatrical productions.
Each of the models will have at least two changes of fall clothing. Fashions are provided by stores in Ross Park Mall. Sponsors of "Living Las Vegas" are A-1 Mortgage; James Austin Company; Insurance Services; MIACO Media, Inc.; Pollak's Candy; The Hartley Family Shop 'n Save; and Reed and Witting Company.
